I’m a Philadelphia-born and raised, San Diego-rooted human who strives to navigate this world with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Coming from a large, wonderfully chaotic family, I've experienced loss earlier and more frequently than many people. My experiences, those that broke me open and reshaped me, are part of what led me here. Grief, love, shadow, and light have all been my teachers, guiding me back to the Divine within and around us.

My background is in Mental and Behavioral Health, and for over 15 years, I have supported both youth and adults as they navigate their most challenging moments. But labels have never quite captured me. My soul has always leaned toward something more human, more connected, more intentional.

I believe in living for what I love, not just for what I earn. That is my North Star.

That is why I created In The Heart Of, LLC—a space to support healing, presence, and remembrance of who we really are.

As an Aquarius, a Generator, an ENFP-A, and a life path 9, I move through the world with intuition, creativity, and a bit of cosmic curiosity. I’m here to guide, witness, walk beside, and explore what it means to be fully, authentically human.
